Water Conditions:
Flows are down to reasonable levels, and the waters starting to warm. Be careful, there are still a lot of places that aren't wadable.

Fishing Conditions and Hatches:
Excellent! Fishing is great in the morning, til about noon. Things pick back up in the evening til dark. Serious dry action at dusk. Mostly mayflies. Bigger is better later in the day. Stick with small caddis earlier, then switch to larger sizes later.
