Rush Creek is a ways off from "rushing" this year and it is fishing very well in the planted sections as well as the catch and release area below Grant Lake.?? Nymph patterns with Mylar crystal flash work well here.?? The larger pools and slower sections have higher concentrations of trout in them.?? The "canals" below Grant Lake have some trophy browns that few persons know about.?? You will only get one cast to these rascals and it is not an ideal location for novice fly fishers, however if you are seeking a challenge and the opportunity to "site cast" in front of some awesome wild browns, this is your huckleberry!?? Check this out in the late afternoon when the sun gets off the water.
