Water Conditions:
Excellent, LADWP finally have dropped the flows down and are a sweet 145 cfs as of 12/2. WATCH THE FLOWS MAY BE CHANGING. It has been shirt-sleeve weather down there midday. No one told Bishop it is winter yet.

Fishing Conditions and Hatches:
EXCELLENT now that the flows are perfect the fishing has gotten pretty much wide open from 10 am until 3 pm and okay before and after. Big hatches starting with midges early then about 11 am the BWO action takes off.
