Water Conditions: Below normal the flows have been steady for several weeks at 23cfs as of 12/9.

Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Good lots of good reports. Better catch rate than typical for these winter flows down into the 20's. Fish are going to be stacked in the deepest water they can find at this point. Mostly small midges and mayflies subsurface but good top bite midday most days.
