Water Conditions: Changing the flows are now back down to 32cfs as of 4/12.

Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Flows have dropped, but its still been fairly cold at night, with mild temps during the day. Making for some great overall fishing conditions.

Mostly small mayflies with some stones showing up. Midges early and late.

Parachute Adams #16-#18, Elk Hair Caddis #18, CDC Baetis Dun #16-#18, Extended Body BWO #18

NYMPHS: Two Bit Hooker #18, Hunchback Two Tone Baetis #18, Split Case BWO #16-#18, Juju Baetis #18, WD-40 Black #18-#20, Zebra Midge Red #18, FB Pheasant Tail #16-#18

STREAMERS: Flows are pretty low, probably not necessary, as fish don't have many places to hide right now.
