Water Conditions: Flows up to 79cfs as of 7/17.
Fishing Conditions and Hatch: Fishing is slow on the East Walker. If you take a look at the flow graph, you'll see the step ladder effect from the last 5 days. That's not a particulary good thing. Very inconsistent flow means inconsistent behavoir pattern. We are not saying you can't get in some, but it might be a little bit more challenging than last. Should be able to get some quality fish....depending on the time of the day.
RECOMMENDED FLIES:
DRIES: elk hair caddis, yellow sally, parachute adams, parachute caddis, mini hot garcia's, chernobyl, parachute kicking hopper, foam hopper, pearl butt trico spinner, hackle stacker, extended body bwo
NYMPHS: rubber leg copper johns, #18 pocket water baetis, #18 cdc emerging baetis, #18 kingrey cold turkey baetis, #16 two bit hooker, #18 superflash pheasant tail, micro may, sulphur emerger, 316 sparkle pupa, #16 mighty may sloan, copper johns, prince nymphs, #14 caddistrophic, #16 fox's poopah, #18 little brown bug, tungsten psycho
STREAMERS: marabou leech, bh sparkle leech, wounded sculpin, meatwhistle, Matuka, Belly Ache, Mini Sculpin, Crystal bugger, Sheep Creek Special
