Water Conditions: The flows are at 31cfs as of 8/1 and the creek is clear.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Because of the busy weekend, the creek and the lake have been hit pretty hard. Not saying you get in some fish but might have to look a little harder to find the fish.
Recommended Flies:
DRIES: parachute adams, extended body bwo, hatch matcher, stimulator, rubber leg stimulators, chernobyl, light cahill, sierra brite dot, elk hair caddis, yellow sally, mini hot garcia's
NYMPHS: wd40, variety of midges, black beauty miracle nymph, mighty may sloan, copper johns, prince nymphs, micro mays, micro stones, tungsten psycho, s&m nymphs
STREAMERS: Goat Leech, Crystal Bugger, matuka, marabou leech, doc twin specials, bh carey bugger, hornbergs, belly ache minnow, double bunny, jawbreakers
Guides Hint: fyi-Mosquito flat/Little lakes Valley fishing great!! good area for day fishing hikes

for Sunday, July 28th, 2013Rock Creek - Section 1: Rock Creek & Rock Lake had a little pressure last weekend, you'll have to look to find the fish now
Rush Creek: Fish dry flies on Rush Creek during the cooler part of the day
Owens River: The Lower Owens bite is fairly consistent but the hatches are best in the mornings & the evenings
East Walker River (CA): The inconsistent flows definitely affects the fishing on the East Walker River
