Anglers report fair to good fishing from the bank on the far side. The ice is melting fast -- it will likely be gone by this weekend. The roads to the reservoir are mostly dry, but the area surrounding the main roads is quite muddy. The reservoir has special catch-and-release regulations. You must use flies and lures only -- bait is not allowed. See the Utah Fishing Guidebook for details.
