Anglers report hot fishing at East Canyon State Park. If you're fishing from the shore, fish to the right of the boat ramp and down from the cabins and cast towards the buoy -- do not go around the point, though. The trout are biting on yellow and orange PowerBait just off the bottom. Boat anglers are catching small bass using worms in the fingers.
