Most anglers have been visiting Holmes Creek on the weekends. Fishing pressure is very light on weekdays. Fishing is good for some anglers, and spotty for others. Two anglers fishing on the southwest side of the reservoir had great success mid-day using pink spinners. Another group of anglers had slow success fishing at the same time, but on the east side using PowerBait. When fishing from the shore, be sure to cast in different directions and vary your lure-retrieving speed. Please remember to show respect and pick up your trash at this privately owned waterbody. And don't forget to obtain your Walk-in Access authorization number before visiting the reservoir.
