Water Conditions: The mouth of the river is starting to cool but the Water is still warm in the upper reaches. Mixed reports of Salmon and Steelhead below the confluence if you want to fight the crowds. Recent high flows in the Trinity along with cooler weather should impove the fishing over the next few weeks.

Fishing Conditions & Hatches: Nymphing under indicators appears to be the most effective method but for the purist swinging can produce but not with the same effectivness.
