Trout fishing is slow, but that didn’t stop an angler from nailing a 4.8 pound trout near the Narrows. Persistent trollers can get trout at 35 feet near the dam. Donyel Baca caught a 6.61 pound catfish from the Narrows. Lake temp is 71 degrees. Trout plants will begin when it hits 69 degrees. (209) 763-5915, (209) 763-5166
