Water flow is 3 CFS. Same old small flies and fine tippet. Low water and lots of weeds. Try small black Caddis, E/C Caddis, Hoppers and foam Beetles.

The boats did not get out until after 10 a.m., and then, they got beat up by the wind. If you caught a couple of fish, you did well.
