Trout bite is steady. Action is best along the east shore south of Hamilton Branch, Big Springs and Goose Island. There are sporadic hex hatches near Goose Island. Best bite is 25 to 40 feet below the surface. Action is best first thing in the morning or near dusk. Water temperature is 72 degrees.
