Angling pressure continues to be light. When the pond was checked on March 3, there seemed to be fewer cormorants than in recent weeks. Typically, the cormorants stay on the north side of the pond in the west cove. Fishing may be better on the south side of the pond. We stocked the pond with 1,700 nine-inch trout on Feb. 18.
