Anglers were fishing and reporting fair success, but recent winds and cold nights shut the fishing down. A few days of warmer weather will attract the bass back into the shallows. Bluegill are still deep. With the shallow waters warming up, it's a good time to target carp. Removal of carp before they spawn (by either archery or fishing tackle) will help the water quality. Better water quality will help both the bass and bluegill populations. Water levels look good; the lake is mostly full.
