Lundy Lake - Lee Vining, CA

Lundy Lake, located just outside Lee Vining, CA, is a premier high-elevation trout fishery in the Eastern Sierra. Set at 7,800 feet in a glacial valley, this picturesque lake supports both stocked rainbow trout and wild brook trout populations. It is stocked regularly by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, making it ideal for family anglers and seasoned trout enthusiasts alike.

The lake offers excellent shoreline access along the western and northern edges, particularly during the spring runoff when trout congregate near the inlet.
