Fishing on your birthday now that is what I'm talking about! Brad you are a good son and Steve your a lucky Dad both got to spend day 2 on the Klamath river together fishing for Steelhead. It was tough day fishing the Steelhead were not biting well. The river is extremely cold due to a lot of fresh snow melt and had been unfishable due to high flows. With that said Brad and Steve did manage to land a few small Steelhead all on back trolled night crawlers. Steelhead fishing should improve as the river continues to stabilize and the flows remain at a consistent level. February is just around the corner and has historically been a month of great fishing weather.
