The water temperature is 66 degrees and down a few feet. Striper: Medium to High Action: Over by inlet, Launch Ramp 2 and also being caught in the middle of the lake...Many Happy Angler's this past week caught some decent sizes. Stripers can be caught on night crawlers and chicken liver,. Blue Gill: Med Action: Try using red worms, wax worms, crickets, and plastic worms over at ramp 2 area and across from the Marina. We will also be selling live crickets down at the marina. Catfish: Slow Action: Catfish have been slow this past week however we did have one Happy Angler catch a 23 pounder over in ramp 1 area, across from the Marina. The bait that has been successful this week is chicken liver and garlic shrimp. Large Mouth: High Action: Still going strong... in about 10-15 feet of water, also over on the east end along the tules. Small dark color plastics, flukes and night crawlers have been working best! Trout: The final Trout plant was March 22, 2017.. Carp: Medium Action, big carp ready to catch, easy and fun. Use your favorite carp dough balls, along the banks or under heavy cover.

Blue Gill: Slow Action: In 8-10 feet of water using red worms, wax worms night crawlers and plastic worms over at ramp 1 area and across from the Marina.
