You can also use power baits, but live Shad or Sardines have been working best near the Inlet and Launch Ramp 2 off any of the points. . Blue Gill: No Action. Catfish: Low Action- Anglers did indeed catch some average size cats this week in the west end and in some of the coves using garlic shrimp and anchovies. Large Mouth: Medium action: Mainly smaller 3-4 pound. Anglers are doing well this week using night crawlers, spinner baits, crank baits, and jigs over at the East End.
