The water temperature is 53 degrees. Trout was last Stocked on February 28th, 2018. Water level is low and is expected to go down a few more feet.. Striper: Medium Action: Shad are moving deep and this week there has been less of a Striper bite, try using cut mackerels, shad, chicken livers, and top water lures. Blue Gill: Medium Action. Blue Gill are starting to pick up, live crickets and red worms have been successful this last week. Catfish: Low Action: Cats can be caught over in the coves using chicken livers, garlic shrimp and anchovies. Large Mouth: Low Action: Large Mouth have slowed down but some Anglers are still catching them over by the East End using Nightcrawlers, swim baits, purple and green robo worms. Trout: Next Stock of Trout will be March 14th, 2018.. Carp: No Action Reported... The water temperature is 54 degrees. Water level is down about 10ft. to 15ft. Due to the water level down and with the lake being closed on Friday, February 23 , 2018 due to the lake being Blue Stoned, not much to report. Last Stock of Trout was February 14th, 2018.
