There were a few schools of bass spotted chasing silverside on the surface early in the week, but that bite tapered off by the weekend. The good news is that the largemouth that have been holding in 15’ or less of water have started to take Texas rigs, jigs, and senkos. There are still people visually seeing blue catfish in the toll road arm, as well as the chimney but no one has been targeting them. A small handful of crappie showed up in the Barona arm on the panfish size golden shiners. No bluegill were reported to the concession.
