Donner Lake is fishing decent for those who know where the Mackinaw are located. Besides the Mackinaw, there aren’t too many other species of fish biting at Donner Lake right now.  The macks are fishing deep around 100 feet of water. Anglers are jigging or trolling with quikfish, crippled hearings, and large rapalas. Donner Lake is currently at 71% capacity.
