Boca Reservoir is really low in capacity. There is no longer any boat access and conditions are muddy. Shore anglers can fish off the dam, but everywhere else is pretty much no longer fishable. Expect ice on the shorelines because of the cold nights and mornings. Boca is currently at 14% capacity.
