The Fall has been a good option lately with plenty of fish and decent access. I don't think they got as much snow as we did here in Bend but I would still be prepared for some icy roads and fresh snow. The Fish seem to be spreading back out down to the falls and hatchery sections of the river. BWO’s are going to be hatching strong for the next few days along with smaller stones and midges. Fishing Streamers is a great bet this time of year in the deeper slots but most of the fish are still coming on small midge and baetis nymphs. We love sight fishing a little dry fly with a weighted nymph suspended underneath of it to target those wary trout.

Suggested Dries: BWO Sparkle Dun, Parachute BWO #18-20, Thorax BWO #18-20, Extended Body BWO #18-20, Hatching Midge #18-20, Stillborn Midge #18-20.

Suggested Nymphs: Lightning Bug #18-20, Juju Baetis #18-22, Disco Midge #20-22, Winkers Midge #18-24, Micro Mayfly BH #18-22.
