Trout fishing has been really good for both fly and spin anglers on the Sacramento River in Redding.   Flows are great and we're starting to see some colder water released from Shasta Dam now.  The colder water has kicked these trout into high activity mode and bites are coming very easy for Captain Justin's groups.  This fishery will be a point of focus until mid July and again after August 1st when the uper 5.5 miles above the SR 44 Bridge in Redding opens again for another 8 months.  Great fishing to look forward to for our clients again this summer on the Sacramento River!
