The Little Truckee River is flowing around 30 CFS. Anglers can expect a blue winged olive hatch from 10am to 2pm, Anglers should concentrate their efforts in the upper stretch of the river. There are brown trout currently spawning here. Please respect spawning trout and don’t step on the reds. Look for the reds in the riffles in 1-2 feet of water.

Little Truckee River: Anglers should concentrate on fishing the deeper pools
