Pyramid remained near 86 percent of capacity, and fishing has been good for trout and striper. Trout anglers fooled fish while using dough baits, minijigs, nightcrawlers, and lures with the marina being the hot spot. A few huge striper fell for magnum swim baits, but most of the action has been on cut baits. Yellowbar, Serrano, and the marina all produced for bait anglers. Bass made anglers work for bites, but finesse baits fooled plenty of fish. Drop shot, shaky heads, and deep diving crankbaits all produced. Catfish readily ate long soaked sardines, chicken liver, and dip bait.
