Success Lake held near 29 percent of capacity, and the bite has been improving every day. Bass anglers reported good fishing with bass up shallow. Bass fell for drop shot, Ned rigs, and Senkos., but they also took crankbaits and jerkbaits. Trout anglers reported decent fishing while using dough bait, Gen Bent Minijigs, and Pinched Crawlers. Catfish ate cut sardines, dip bait, and chicken liver, and crappie fell for minijigs and small live minnows.
