Isabella is slowly dropping and is currently at 8 percent of capacity. The Bass action has slowed a bit from the hot bite this month. One of our local contacts reported steady action with Texas Rigs, Spinnerbaits, and shallow running crankbaits. Bass are being found around structure throughout the lake in 10 to 20-feet of water. There are still some morning and evening topwater action with Whopper Ploppers. The crappie bite has slowed and the last reported decent bite was by the main Dam with minijigs or live minnows. Catfish can be found with Triple S Dip Baits and frozen shad. The trout bite is fair.
