The annual trout derby is scheduled for December 17th at 6am. You can pick up entry forms at Cope’s - $25 for adults and $15 for children. Largemouth fell for finesse baits on the slow retrieve, and Senkos and crankbaits also scored a few fish. Catfish anglers fooled whisker fish with fresh shrimp, nightcrawlers, and chicken liver, and crappie went for minijigs and small live minnows.
