The lake is open and fishing! Anglers plying the deeper waters will be looking for fish. Look for the shallows as that is where the Damselflies and a lot of maybe Callibaetis are emerging now. Fish will cruise and chase the nymphs down. Bring your polarized lenses and hit the flats! It's gorgeous up on Manzanita!
Pay attention to the special regulations here, especially where you can and can't fish. Barbless hooks, artificial lures, catch and release. Make sure you inquire at the park entrance.
