At Prosser Creek Reservoir, the water levels have dropped enough to take the boat ramp out of the water. Near the dam, anglers will find a good shore bite using worms or colorful spoons. The fish are cruising the shoreline from noon to 5pm, then, heading out to the deeper water. Currently, the water levels at Prosser Creek Reservoir are at 41% capacity.
