Big streamers—whether swung, stripped, or fished under an indicator—are a great bet right now for Bull Trout. Smaller euro-style streamers and nymph rigs are also producing.

For trout, the usual suspects are working well: stonefly nymphs, caddis pupa in tan or amber, eggs, Perdigons, and 2 Bit Hookers. With warming temps, BWOs and mayflies are hatching, though rising fish aren’t always a guarantee. Be prepared to fish subsurface if the dry fly action is inconsistent.
