Fishing conditions and Hatches: Excellent. After three days of wind and no hatches the fish should be good and hungry. With a big high pressure having moved in yesterday, the hatches should be prolific and all conditions perfect for the big fish to be on the bite for the next few days.

Recommended Flies: Blood Worms early then Optimidges in Red/Black or Purple next and Black or Gray/Black later in the day. Beadheads still necessary where there is still some algae flecks but go with dubbed head if possible. Nothing magic required for streamers. Perfection Perch, Punk Perch, Matukas, Black Wooly Buggers and Hornbergs will all produce if you get them down to the bottom where the fish are and give them a "woundee" action. No fast retrieves unless you want the dinks.
