High flows (595 cfs range) is making fishing on the East Walker difficult

Water Conditions:

Flows still raging 595 cfs as of 6/16 as they lower the res to get ready for that melting white stuff up high. Some discoloration.

Fishing Conditions and Hatches:
Tough, high flows make it a cleats and wading staff kind of deal. Yellow Sallies have shown up.
