Fishing is really "Wide Open" on the Lower Owens

Water Conditions: Excellent the flows are down to 105 cfs as of 12/15.

Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Excellennt now that the flows are perfect the fishing has gotten pretty much wide open from 10am until 3pm and okay before and after. Big hatches starting with midges early then about 11am the BWO action takes off.
