On the Lower Owens fish Midges early and then switch to Baetis

Water Conditions: Good the flows are at 101cfs as of 12/15.

Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Excellent! Perfect wading conditions. Fish are biting from 9am until 4pm most days but the frenzy is 11 to 2. Fish Midges early until the sun hits the water and warms everything up. After that it goes off with strong Baetis hatch for several hours. On overcast rainy days the hatches can be prolific.
