Trout action has remained the same over the past week with fish taking PowerBait and night crawlers in the early morning hours and slowing way down once the day starts to heat up. Bass action has been good, but the weed growth along the shoreline may interfere with efforts to reel in your catch. A fast retrieve once you hook up will help get the fish past the weed beds.
