Oct. 23: Knott Creek Reservoir in Northern Humboldt County: 2,502 tiger trout, 8.4 inches.
Nov. 5: Squaw Creek Reservoir north of Gerlach: 2,501 rainbows, 9 inches.
Nov. 8: Boulder Reservoir in Northern Washoe County: 1,390 rainbow fingerlings, 2.6 inches.
Nov. 8: Squaw Creek Reservoir north of Gerlach: 28,356 rainbow fingerlings, 2.6 inches.

11-15-2007Today, Nov. 15, is the date that the State of California closes most of its Sierra streams, creeks and rivers to fishing for the 2007 fishing season. Those waters will not re-open to fishing again until the last Saturday in April of 2008.
