The seasonal closures are over. Access is improving and adventurous souls are starting to make their way into lakes under the rim. Be very careful on the snowpacked and muddy roads. Remember that ATVs can do a lot of damage to wet roads, so please slow down and take it easy. The Boulder Top will likely not be accessible until at least late May. Early spring fishing can be some of the best of the year — especially for trophy fish
