The water temperature is 66 degrees, and water level continuously rising. They will be Blue-Stoning the Lake on Tuesday, May 2nd, 2017. Large Mouth: High Action: Large Mouth Bass are going strong... near Launch Ramp 1, across from the Marina and also the North Shore. Various types of bait have been used: Swimbaits, night crawlers, flukes and Roboworms. Blue Gill: Medium Action: Try using mealworms over Near Launch Ramp 2 and also across from the Marina. Catfish: Slow Action: Catfish are deep and have been slow. Must have lots of patience. A few Happy Anglers have caught some decent sizes, hitting on chicken liver and anchovies near Launch Ramp 2. Striper: Medium Action: Striper have been pretty moderate. Striper can be caught on cut baits and jerk baits, early morning is always best!. Trout: No Action Reported. Carp: Medium Action. Easy & Fun to catch!
