The water temperature is between 64 degrees. Water flow is still rising in preparation for Solar Cup. Remember Solar Cup is May 19-21st, 2017. Trout: Hold over from the season. Carp: No Action. Striper: Medium Action- Early morning action about 40 feet down also some caught West of ramp 2 hitting on cut baits, jerkbaits and nightcrawlers. Catfish: Slow Action- Over by Launch Ramp 2, using chicken livers anchovies, and mackerel. Large Mouth: Medium to High Action- Anglers catching Bass near Launch Ramp 1 across from the Marina, towards the North Shore. Bait that has been used Roboworms, flukes, and night crawlers. Blue Gill: Slow action-Little action this week, but there are some anglers catching bluegills over at ramp 2 biting on meal worms and chicken livers.

The water temperature is 69 degrees, water level is up a few feet. Striper: Medium Action: Striper can be caught over in the coves by Launch Ramp 2 and by the Inlet. Various types of bait have been used, mostly cut baits. Also try night crawlers and chicken liver. Blue Gill: Slow Action: Blue Gill have been spawning in the shallow waters.
