Greetings from Lake Miramar. As we leave August and move into September it is starting to cool down a bit. A good spot to fish these days in off at the 3 mile post. Bass and bluegill are biting hard there. For bass you need to go early morning. Use the bigger senkos in the watermelon with black flake. The live worms and robo worms continues to work as well. Catfish near the dam using mackerel. The bluegill have been moving in closer as well into the coved. Good luck this week.

Greetings from Lake Miramar right here in the Sahara Desert. Plain and simple its just not the perfect fishing weather this week. You have to get out early but its done by 9 am. The sundown bite has actually been better from about 7-8 pm. We had a big 5 pound largemouth bass caught this week on a shad lure in the deepest part of the lake around 7:30pm.
