Donner Lake still has a good bite from shore. Anglers fishing from shore can find rainbow trout off the boat ramp, near china cove, and off docks 12 through 16 using powerbait or worms. If anglers are fishing for Kokanee, early morning is the best time. Kokanee can be found around 60-70 feet.
Donner Lake is currently at 79% capacity.
