At Lake Havasu, an angler reported on the Fishing Stage Forum that he was trolling in his kayak two weeks ago in 35 feet of water and stopped to check on his lure. As he was reeling it in, a nice smallmouth bass hit his Strike King Deep Diver Sexy Shad crankbait. This was his personal best on a smallie. It jumped twice and did its best to spit the hooks, but he got him netted.
