This fishery generally fishes well during the winter months with very little pressure. If the visibility is decent, this could be a good destination to hook a ton of rainbows.

Pit River: Pit 3 down to the Pit 5 powerhouse is still fishing great
Trinity River: The news is the river is still fishing well
Sacramento River - Upper: Some large fish are moving up out of Shasta
Baum Lake: This is one spot you will be able to target rising fish nearly year round
