The bass bite is solid here, especially before the sun rises and as it sets each day. Our contacts reported excellent action on the shade lines with bluegill imitation baits and black frogs. Bass are also coming on flipping baits in green pumpkin and craws. The occasional crankbait bass is also being reported. Anglers are finding catfish with SSS Dip bait and cut baits. The bluegill action is excellent. Anglers have had non-stop bluegill action with redworms and mealworms under a bobber or drop shot.
