At Stampede Reservoir, the kokanee have started hanging out a bit deeper due to the warmer temperatures. Kokanee are biting at around 70 feet, and the hot colors for lures are green and pink. As for the trout at Stampede, they're biting at around 20 feet deep, but the action slows down after 10am as things start heating up. If you're a shore angler, you might find the bite a bit slow due to the reservoir being at full capacity. Stampede Reservoir is currently at 95% capacity.
