At Pyramid Lake, most of the recent algae bloom has broken up with the heavy winds that came through this past weekend. There may be a few scattered patches that are tough to fish, but overall, the water clarity is much better. Most of the fish are being caught near the 70-foot mark feeding on chubs. The shallow water bite can be hit or miss. The water levels at Pyramid Lake are currently at 98% capacity.
